OC COPS Endorse Linda Ackerman

FULLERTON— Independent businesswoman and Metropolitan Water Board Director Linda Ackerman has announced the endorsement of the Orange County Coalition of Police and Sheriffs in her campaign for State Assembly.

“Linda Ackerman is the choice of law enforcement,” said Orange County Coalition of Police and Sheriffs Chair Greg Palmer. “We believe she will protect families and keep our streets safe.”

“I believe that public safety is the most important function of government, and in the Assembly I will be a strong advocate for Law Enforcement,” said Ackerman. “I am proud to have the support of the Orange County Coalition of Police and Sheriffs.”

As a Director on the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California, Linda Ackerman has been a leader on water issues for one of the largest and most complex water districts in the nation. She is a proud mother and grandmother and is married to her husband of over forty years, former Senate Republican Leader Dick Ackerman.
