San Joaquin County Farm Bureau Backs Goehring

Stockton (CA) -The San Joaquin County Farm Bureau today has endorsed Brad Goehring in his campaign to unseat vulnerable incumbent Congressman Jerry McNerney. The Farm Bureau’s endorsement of Goehring is a strong message that local organizations see Goehring as the only viable candidate to defeat McNerney in the fall. With over 6000 member families, SJFB is a critical pillar of support in the 11th District.
“I am proud to have the support and confidence of the Farm Bureau. Having an understanding of agricultural issues that are critical to the local economy is essential for our Representative and I look forward to highlighting my ideas in the area of job creation as this campaign continues,” said Goehring. “Agriculture is a key component of creating jobs and turning our economy around and I am pleased the Farm Bureau recognizes I can deliver for the 11th District.”
Goehring’s campaign has seen a surge of support that includes San Joaquin County Sheriff Steve Moore, local Assemblyman Bill Berryhill and a large number of conservative leaders and elected officials in the 11th district.
