Stockton (CA) -Brad Goehring’s campaign in the 11th Congressional District continues to surge ahead of the pack in the 11th Congressional District with another important endorsement.  The Associated Builders and Contractors have given their support to Goehring and give him another high profile backer in his quest to replace vulnerable Congressman Jerry McNerney.

“We are endorsing Brad Goehring because of his commitment to job creation and his dedication to the free enterprise system.  We need someone in Congress with Brad’s deep understanding of the issues that small business and job creators face in today’s difficult economy,” stated Chris Singerling of ABC.

Singerling continued by saying “Brad Goehring is a strong believer in fair and open competition and can bring about the responsible government we need in Congress.  ABC is proud to support his campaign for Congress in the 11th district.”

Goehring’s campaign has built a large foundation of support including San Joaquin County Sheriff Steve Moore, Contra Costa County Sheriff Warren Rupf, local Assemblyman Bill Berryhill, Manteca Mayor Willie Weatherford, the San Joaquin County Farm Bureau along with a large number of conservative leaders and elected officials in the 11th district.

“The Goehring campaign’s foundation of support continues to grow.  With a solid core of support that grows by the day, Brad Goehring is proving he is the only candidate with the ability to defeat Jerry McNerney in the fall,” said Goehring spokesman Carl Fogliani.  “With growing support in the business and agriculture communities and a strong base of support amongst conservatives and elected local leaders, Brad Goehring is the candidate who will cut up Nancy Pelosi’s credit card by sending Jerry McNerney home.”
