Kelso gets Garamendi Jr. to Lie–Got Caught, Again

Clark Kelso loves to lie, bully and threaten the people of California and our elected officials.

So, to continue this reign of terror, he hires the son of a well known liar, John Garamendi, Jr.

“In his letter, Wilhoit accuses Garamendi of deceitfully “pumping” him for information about the controversial prison project over a “friendly lunch” Nov. 30, one day before Garamendi signed on with the law firm.

Wilhoit said he didn’t know Garamendi’s ties to Kelso when the two met. Rather, Wilhoit said, he believed Garamendi wanted advice about a career change. The two have known each other for years.

“Mr. Garamendi induced me to meet with him through deceit and a material misrepresentation,” Wilhoit says in a four-page letter to the State Bar’s Office of the Chief Trial Counsel/Intake.

Wilhoit is the lead litigant in a lawsuit against Kelso and the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. Kelso is pushing to build the 1,734-bed California Medical Facility, Stockton, southeast of town.”

At some point a DA needs to bring charges against Kelso for corruption and his Team for being part of the conspiracy.  The State Bar complaint seems to be the first step.

Why does the Governor and the State take these ethically challenged people seriously?  Time to cut off their money and let them slither back under the rock they came from.  The safety of Californians is more important than the “comfort” of criminals.
