Gutierrez trial set for March 16th

The trial of former San Bernardino County Assessor employee and Rancho Cucamonga City Councilman Rex Gutierrez has been scheduled to commence on March 16, 2010.
The trial duration is estimated to be ten days.
Gutierrez was originally charged with two felony counts related to alleged time card fraud in the Assessors office.
At his Superior Court arraignment this morning, prosecutors added two additional felony counts, which didn’t dissuade Gutierrez from moving forward to trial.
